Ewing’s sarcoma of the ureter: a case report

Ewing’s sarcoma is a highly aggressive malignant tumor that often affects the bones. Genitourinary organs are an exceedingly rare location of sarcoma. There still no widely accepted treatment protocols for such patients. We report case ureter in 68-year-old man who was admitted to Cancer Research Institute, Tomsk National Medical Center. He suspected having bladder tumor. After completing his course which included surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy, patient demonstrated signs local recurrence or metastasis long time.
